Your journey begins as you convene at the designated time at Benagil Beach in Lagoa. An English-speaking instructor will provide essential paddleboarding instructions, ensuring you are well prepared. After equipping yourself with the necessary gear, you'll soon understand why this emerging water sport has gained such popularity!

We will embark on a paddle along the Algarve shoreline, marveling at the breathtaking natural rock formations that adorn the area. Entering the Benagil sea caves, most of which are exclusively accessible by water, will create an unforgettable experience. Can you maintain your footing on the board as you soak in the views?

While gliding over the water, prepare to be captivated by the stunning panoramic vistas of the cliffs that unveil themselves from the sea. Much like the enchanting sea caves, these enthralling landscapes can only be treasured from this vantage point. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to capture these memorable moments as the stand-up paddle experience will be documented using a GoPro camera.

After two hours of paddleboarding, we will navigate back to Benagil Beach, concluding our memorable adventure.
