Your adventure begins with a pick-up at your hotel in Bentota at 8:30 am as we set off northwards towards the capital. In about two hours, we will reach our first stop: Colombo.

Upon arrival, we will embark on an exciting exploration of the city, visiting key landmarks and historical sites. Our first destination will be the Pettah district, renowned for its vibrant market and diverse boutiques. Here, we will see the notable clock tower, enjoy stunning views of the port, and catch a glimpse of the historic parliament building.

Next, we will visit the remarkable Gangaramaya temple, known for its impressive collection of statues. As noon approaches, we will take a break for lunch at a local restaurant to savor some traditional dishes of the region.

After our meal, we will resume our tour along Colombo’s bustling main street, passing by the charming Dutch Museum and the grand City Hall, where we will marvel at captivating puppets representing the history of Sri Lanka's rulers.

Sri Lanka features its own set of striking twin towers, which we’ll encounter in the latter part of our tour, as well as the historic hippodrome where we can explore its retail spaces and elegant colonial architecture.

We will conclude our day by returning to Bentota, with an expected arrival time of 6:30 pm.
