You can download the audio guide and ticket by completing the following steps:
- Download the free WeGoTrip app from the App Store or Google Play, or at the following link: https://wgtr.app/ota
- Open the “My bookings” tab in the WeGoTrip app
- Enter your booking number to download the audio guide and ticket. The booking number will also be sent to you by email and will always begin with two “AA” followed by the Civitatis booking number. For example, if your Civitatis booking number is 1234567, your access code will be AA1234567.
Don’t forget to bring your own earphones. We also recommend charging your phone in advance and bringing a portable charger.
