The adventure begins at the pier located in the Plaza Pío Baroja, where we will board the boat for a journey across the Ría de Bilbao heading towards Portugalete.

Upon boarding, you will receive a QR code which grants you access to an audio guide, filled with intriguing stories about the history of these Basque locales. As we navigate the waters, you will be surrounded by magnificent historical architecture, university edifices, the Paseo de la Memoria, and the breathtaking Guggenheim Museum.

Our route will take us away from the heart of Bilbao and Barakaldo, moving closer to the coast. As we approach Portugalete, you'll have the chance to view notable landmarks from the boat, including the Evaristo de Churruca and the quaint Rialia Museum.

At last, we will arrive at the end of the iron quay in Portugalete, located between Getxo and Santurtzi. Be prepared for breathtaking vistas!

Afterward, we will glide beneath the Bizkaia Bridge once more, concluding our 2-hour excursion back at our original location in Bilbao.

Due to technical difficulties at the Pío Baroja municipal pier, the boarding point will now be the Itsasmuseum (Muelle Ramón de la Sota Kaia 1, 48013 Bilbao), adjacent to the Carola Crane, effective until May 30, 2026.
