Your adventure begins with a pick-up at a designated point in Bilbao, followed by a scenic bus ride to a viewpoint offering a glimpse of the serpentine bridge that connects us to the island. Upon arrival, you will have a leisurely two-hour period to explore the stone path comprising 241 steps, which leads from the mainland to the peak of the island.

As we make our way up, prepare to be captivated by the stunning hermitage, which may look familiar from the acclaimed series Game of Thrones. Upon reaching the summit, home to a chapel dedicated to John the Baptist, you'll be treated to breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.

Next, we will head to the charming coastal village of Bermeo. Here, take a leisurely stroll through the picturesque old town and immerse yourself in the rich maritime history that defines this area.

Before concluding our tour, we’ll visit Guernica, a notable Basque town celebrated due to the iconic painting by Pablo Picasso. You'll learn about the significant historical events that transpired here during the Civil War while we explore the Casa de Juntas, one of the rare structures to withstand that tumultuous time.

At the end of the day, we will return you to the starting location in Bilbao.
