We will make periodic stops along the way, enjoying lunch to recharge our energy. Once we reach our campsite for the day, we’ll settle in, prepare for dinner, and unwind.

Day 5: Ascending Mount Roraima

Once we reach the top, we’ll be greeted by the imposing Guardians of the Mountain, three grand stone formations. With breathtaking views of the vicinity, we’ll marvel at the mountain wall, renowned for its vertical cliffs. Did you know it stands as the highest point in the Pacaraima Mountains and holds sacred significance in the region’s ancestral culture?

As the day concludes, we’ll enjoy dinner at camp and rest for the adventures that lie ahead.

Later, we’ll return to camp for dinner and prepare for the following day.

Next, we’ll head to Maverick Rock, the peak of Mount Roraima at an elevation of 2810 metres (9,219 ft) above sea level, offering stunning panoramic views of the Gran Sabana. Afterwards, we’ll visit Salto Catedral and Paso de los Cristales, ensuring a perfect spot to pause before we make our way back to camp.

After returning to camp, we’ll enjoy a well-deserved dinner and rest.
