Bordeaux CityPass Overview
The Bordeaux CityPass is an excellent tourist card that offers free admission to a selection of 20 museums and landmarks across the city, including:

The CityPass further encompasses a guided tour of Bordeaux, enabling you to choose between:
- A journey on a tourist boat
- A guided walking tour of the historical center or a unique exploration of Bordeaux with a guide speaking either French or English.
You will also experience a sightseeing train tour around Bordeaux.
Be advised that some activities may be subject to cancellation or alterations. The Bordeaux Tourist Office will inform you in advance.
Unlimited Access to Public Transport
Throughout the validity of your card, you will have unlimited access to Bordeaux's trams, river shuttles, and buses.
How the CityPass Functions
After making your booking, retrieve your card from the Bordeaux Tourist Office located at 12, Cours du 30 Juillet. A multilingual brochure detailing the included museums, attractions, discounts, and features will be available for your convenience at the office.
Your card activates upon its first use. From that point, you can take advantage of all the benefits for 24, 48, 72, or 96 hours, depending on the chosen option.
Note that some attractions may need advance booking at the Tourist Office and are subject to availability at the time. This applies to places like Palais Rohan and Palais Gallien, as well as the guided tours by tourist train, bus, or walking tours.

The timings listed in the booking calendar on this page reflect the hours of the Bordeaux Tourist Office. These hours do not impact the tourist card, as the Bordeaux CityPass remains valid for 24, 48, 72, or 96 hours (based on your selection) starting from the first use of the card.
Essential Information
Children under 6 years of age do not require a tourist card as they enjoy free entry to both public transport and the city's museums and attractions.

Important information
You'll need to collect your card from the Bordeaux Tourist Office at 12, Cours du 30 Juillet. The office is open Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 6:30 pm and 9:30 am to 5 pm on Sundays.
You can get to the office by public transport, the Quinconces tram station is just a few metres away. This stop is on line B (red), C (pink) and D (purple).
A brochure in English and other languages with all the museums, attractions, discounts and benefits included on the card will be available at the Tourist Office.
Your card will be activated when you use it for the first time. From that moment on, you can enjoy all its advantages for 24, 48, 72, or 96 hours, depending on the pass you selected.
Important Info
Please note that some monuments require prior booking at the Tourist Office and are subject to availability at the time, such as the Palais Rohan and Palais Gallien, as well as the guided tour of Bordeaux by tourist train, tourist bus or walking tour.
Having bought your pass in 2020, you have until the end of the year to use it. After the 31st of December it won't be possible.
