Borgomanero Wine Tour + Tasting
Upon your chosen time, we will convene at the entrance of a renowned winery in Borgomanero, setting the stage for an engaging exploration of the area's wine culture and flavors.
Within the winery, knowledgeable staff will share insights into the establishment's history before guiding us to the vineyards. Here, we will discover the methodologies for vine cultivation and maintenance, understand the various stages in grape processing, and learn about the art of vinification.
Following this, we'll proceed to a comprehensive tour of the winery. We will observe the fermentation casks and the storage cellars where the bottled wines are kept. This journey will unveil the intricate details behind crafting exceptional wines!
As we conclude our tour, we will gather in the winery’s tasting area for the highlight of our visit. We will enjoy three wines from the winery: a Rosato D.O.C., a Vespolina D.O.C., and a Nebbiolo D.O.C.. These selections will be accompanied by cheeses, cured meats, and other local specialties, all aimed at accentuating the unique flavors and aromas of each wine. It promises to be a truly sensory delight!
After experiencing two to three captivating hours immersed in the wonders of Piedmontese wines, we will conclude our journey and bid farewell.
