- From October 1 to March 31: 9:30 am to 12:15 pm, and 2 pm to 5:15 pm
- From April 1 to 30: 10 am to 12:15 pm, and 2 pm to 5:45 pm
- From May 2 to June 30: 9:30 am to 12:15 pm, and 2 pm to 6:15 pm
- From July 1 to August 31: 10 am to 6:15 pm
It is important to note that last entry is permitted 45 minutes prior to closing.

Complimentary Admission
Entry to the Jacques Coeur Palace is complimentary for the following groups:
- Individuals aged 18-25 from the European Union.
- Minors under 18 years old, regardless of nationality.
Additionally, admission is free on the first Sunday of each month from January to March and November to December, as well as on the third weekend of September.
To take advantage of free admission, please visit the ticket office on-site and present valid documentation to confirm your eligibility.
Planned Repairs
Due to ongoing renovations, please be aware that the attic, treasure room, and alderman's room will remain closed until June 2026.

Free Admission
Admission to the Jacques Coeur Palace is free for the following individuals:
- Young people from the European Union between 18 and 25 years old.
- Children under 18 years old, regardless of their nationality.
Admission is free for everyone on the first Sunday of the month between January 1 and March 31 and between November 1 and December 31.
In order to acquire the free admission mentioned above, you'll have to go to the site's ticket office and present a certifying document of your eligibility for a free ticket. It is also free to enter on the 3rd weekend of September.
