After some time for lunch in Sinaia, the excursion takes you to Peles Castle, widely regarded as one of the most exquisite edifices in the region, renowned for its innovations and early architectural beauty in Europe. We will then return to Brasov, following a similar path as the Transylvania and Wallachia Castles Tour.

Sighisoara Day Trip (8 Hours)

From Brasov, our route leads us to the historic town of Sighisoara, acknowledged as the birthplace of Vlad Tepes 'The Impaler', the 15th-century figure that inspired the Dracula legend. During the visit, you'll explore the renowned Church of the Hill and the majestic Clock Tower, which houses the city's History Museum.

After enjoying some free time for lunch, we will head back to Brasov. On the way, take a moment to appreciate the panoramic views of the Rupea Citadel, a formidable stronghold in the area. This tour will follow a route similar to the Sighisoara Trip.

Sighisoara and Viscri Day Trip (9 Hours)

Your adventure departs from Brasov, proceeding to Viscri, a quaint town in Transylvania filled with secrets waiting to be unveiled. You will meander through the historic center, notable for its fortified church. The tour then continues to the city of Sighisoara, where you'll visit the famed Church of the Hill and the Clock Tower. At lunchtime, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy Sighisoara's historic center at your own pace.

In the afternoon, we will regroup and head south. A brief stop will be made to capture photos of the impressive Rupea Citadel before returning to Brasov.

Entrance Tickets

The day trips exclude admission to certain attractions visited. The individual ticket prices are as follows:

• Rasnov Citadel: Adults 12RON; Children under 12 years and students 6RON
• Bran Castle: Adults 55RON; Seniors over 65 years 40RON; Students 30RON; Children under 7 years 15RON
• Peles Castle: Adults 60RON; Seniors over 65 years 30RON; Children under 10 years and students 15RON

Access to the Church of the Hill and the Clock Tower in Sighisoara, as well as the Viscri fortified church, are included in the day trips.

Important Information

• Peles Castle is not open on Mondays and Tuesdays. If your trip falls on either of these days, we will return straight to Brasov after visiting Bran Castle.
• The Sighisoara Clock Tower is closed on Mondays. On such days, a visit to the Luterana church will be included instead.
• The Viscri fortified church generally remains closed from November to March. If it is not accessible, the exterior will be viewed instead.
• Due to ongoing renovations, access to the upper part of the Rasnov Citadel is currently restricted.
