Operation of the Card
The card is activated upon its first use and remains valid for a duration of 24, 48, or 72 hours, based on your selection. For example, if you validate a 24-hour ticket on Monday at 1:45 pm, it will remain active until Tuesday at the same time. You can revisit attractions and museums multiple times, with the exception of the BOZAR museum, where access is limited to one visit.
Access to Public Transport (Optional)
This option grants unlimited travel on Brussels’ public transportation system, including STIB/MIVB trams, buses, and metro services.
How to Collect Your Card
The Brussels Card can be picked up at two centrally located venues:
- Rue Royale Tourist Office, 2/4: Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm
- BELvue Museum, at Place de Palais, 7: Saturday to Sunday from 10 am to 6 pm
It is important to collect the card from one of these locations to access all of its features.

The local bank holidays can affect the opening times of some attractions included in the Pass. The total or partial cost of the tourist card will not be refunded if the attractions are closed during the public holidays.
