Usage Guidelines
The first time you use the Brussels Card, it is activated. The activation period lasts for 24, 48, or 72 hours, based on your selection. For example, if you validate a 24-hour pass on a Monday at 1:45 pm, it will remain valid until Tuesday at 1:45 pm. Visitors may access the various attractions and museums repeatedly, with the exception of the BOZAR museum, where only one entry is allowed.
Public Transport Access (Optional)
This option includes unlimited travel on Brussels’ STIB/MIVB public transport system, which consists of trams, buses, and metro services.
Where to Collect Your Pass
The Brussels Card can be picked up at two main locations in the city:
- Rue Royale 2 Tourist Office: open daily from 9 am to 5 pm.
- Tourist Office at the Grand-Place: open Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm.
It is important to collect the card from one of these two sites to take full advantage of its offerings.

This Civitatis booking confirmation is not valid as a Brussels tourist card. The Brussels Card must pick it up at one of these two central locations:

The local bank holidays can affect the opening times of some attractions included in the Pass. The total or partial cost of the tourist card will not be refunded if the attractions are closed during the public holidays.
