Argentinian Culinary Workshop

Our gathering point will be at La Pachamama, a name derived from Quechua meaning 'Mother Earth'. This venue, nestled in the vibrant Las Cañitas area, is situated on Calle Teniente Benjamín Matienzo right at the center of Palermo.

Kicking off this gastronomic journey, we'll enjoy a delightful picada, featuring classic preserves and artisanal breads while gaining insights into the heritage of Argentinian cuisine.

Following this, we’ll engage in preparing a five-course Argentinian menu. Once we have crafted our meals, we will gather around the table to savor these delectable Argentine dishes, complemented by a selection of wines.

This rich culinary experience will conclude approximately 3 hours later.

Menu

Five-course meal paired with Durigutti - Las Compuertas wines. Including vermouth, water, and homemade lemonade.

• Picada featuring homemade preserves, pickles, and local bread
• Chipá served with BBQ sauce and spicy fermented sauce
• Meat empanadas with chimichurri
• Gratin humita stew
• Crepes with dulce de leche, flambéed with ice cream and homemade limoncello
• Vermouth cocktail
