Argentinian Cooking Class
Our meeting point will be at La Pachamama, a name that signifies 'Mother Earth' in Quechua. This centrally located venue can be found on Calle Teniente Benjamín Matienzo within the vibrant Las Cañitas area, nestled in the lively Palermo district.
We will kick off this culinary adventure by enjoying a picada that features traditional preserves along with freshly baked breads, while engaging in conversations about the rich history of Argentinian culinary traditions.
Following this, we will embark on creating a five-course Argentinian menu. Once we have prepared the meals, everyone will sit together to enjoy these delicious Argentine dishes, accompanied by a selection of exquisite wines.
