Explore the stunning neighborhoods surrounding Argentina's capital with this Buenos Aires Bike Tour. Select from a route in the north, south, or embark on a comprehensive journey.
Bike Tour Overview
Upon reserving your spot, you can opt for one of three distinct routes. Each excursion begins at the designated time on Calle Chile in Buenos Aires, concluding at the same location.
South Buenos Aires Tour (4 Hours)
This bike tour of South Buenos Aires kicks off as scheduled. Our first destination is the charming neighbourhood of San Telmo, noted for its picturesque streets. We will pause at Lezama Park, where insight into the city's foundational history awaits.
Next, we head to the vibrant La Boca area to view the exterior of the renowned Alberto José Armando stadium, famously known as "La Bombonera" and home to the Boca Juniors Athletic Club. As we navigate La Boca, we’ll explore the colorful Caminito passage while sharing the captivating tale of Argentine tango.
The journey continues through the contemporary district of Puerto Madero and a visit to the Ecological Reserve. Our tour culminates at Plaza de Mayo, where you can admire key landmarks such as Casa Rosada and the Metropolitan Cathedral of Buenos Aires.
- Schedule: Tours depart at 9:30 am and 1:45 pm
North Buenos Aires Tour (4 Hours)
Starting at Plaza de San Martin, we begin our bike ride from the historical site where the regiment that liberated Argentina, Chile, and Peru was formed. Our route leads us toward the Monumental Tower and the Monument to the Fallen in Malvinas. Along the way, the striking Generic Floralis, a captivating metallic flower sculpture, will certainly draw your attention.
Continuing our expedition through northern Buenos Aires, we cycle through the serene Barrio Parque, filled with impressive mansions that will enchant you throughout the ride. We pass by the Museum of Latin American Art and arrive at the Galileo Galilei Planetarium, situated within the lush Palermo Woods.
Our stop will also include the Rosedal, a tranquil garden in the urban setting, and a view of the Evita Monument. Finally, we will cycle through Alvear Square, concluding in the heart of Recoleta, where the famous Cemetery, the Cultural Center, and delightful cafes await exploration.
After four hours of discovery, we will return to our original departure point to complete the tour.
- Schedule: Tours depart at 9:30 am and 1:45 pm
