Workshop Without Pastry Tasting (25 minutes)

In this session, we will focus on crafting one of Argentina's iconic beverages at a dedicated venue located in Recoleta, situated right in the city's vibrant heart.

This establishment offers a unique perspective on mate, beginning with its historical roots. You'll learn about its earliest consumers, the various methods of preparation, and its rich cultural significance, all while delving into its distinctive aromas and flavors.

As part of the workshop, we will sample 3 varieties of agroecological and smoked yerba, exploring an array of blends and grinds to enhance your understanding.

In between tastings, intriguing legends about mate will be shared, many of which trace back through centuries, promising to add a layer of fascination to your experience.

The session will conclude after a brief but informative 25 minutes, returning you enriched with knowledge.

Workshop With Pastry Tasting (50 minutes)

This option encompasses all the elements mentioned previously, additionally featuring a delightful tasting of traditional Argentinian pastries. While enjoying your mates, you will also indulge in medialunas, artisan alfajores, and savory cheese scones or chipá.
