Enjoy Argentine Polo Under the Stars

Around the scheduled time, we will collect you from your hotel in Buenos Aires and take you to Capilla del Señor, a mere hour away. Our destination is the renowned La Carona Polo Club, known for having the only professional polo field in the world equipped with lighting. Here, you will witness a night polo match featuring expert players from this beloved sport in which Argentina excels. The excitement unfolds over four chukkas, ensuring a thrilling experience.

As you immerse yourself in the polo event, we will share insights about the sport's history, its rules, and the selection of polo horses. During breaks, you can enjoy grilled empanadas alongside Argentine wine, enhancing the atmosphere.

During intervals between the chukkas, take the opportunity to visit the stables up close and practice your skills with taqueo, techniques used with the polo ball.

After the polo match concludes, we will make our way to La Pulpería, the dining area of the club, where you can indulge in a scrumptious traditional Argentine dinner featuring classic asado (barbecue) served with salad and grilled vegetables.

Following dinner, we will escort you back to Buenos Aires, with an estimated return to your hotel about 5-6 hours after we first picked you up.

If you would prefer to engage in a polo lesson during the day and experience the sport firsthand, we recommend this polo experience in Capilla del Señor. You will have the opportunity to play a brief match with professional polo players and enjoy an Argentine asado (barbecue). This experience also includes transportation from Buenos Aires for those staying in the capital.
