Tour Overview
Your adventure begins with a pickup from your accommodation in Buenos Aires. We will set off on a bus to uncover the iconic landmarks of the Argentine capital. Let’s get started!
We'll kick off our exploration at the Floralis Genérica, an impressive metallic artwork that unfurls and closes its petals in response to sunlight. Make sure your camera is ready for some memorable shots!
Next, we'll take a leisurely walk along the Avenida 9 de Julio, renowned as one of the widest thoroughfares globally. Here, you'll be treated to stunning views of the Obelisk, a monument central to Argentina's heritage. Soon after, we'll reach the Teatro Colón, famous as one of South America's most esteemed opera houses.
Our journey then takes us to Plaza de Mayo, where we’ll delve into the city’s historical roots. This area features the Casa Rosada, the significant Cabildo de Buenos Aires, and the Metropolitan Cathedral, which houses the remains of General San Martín.
Continuing, we’ll explore the vibrant San Telmo neighborhood, characterized by its cobblestone streets and lively bohemian atmosphere. From there, we’ll head to La Boca, granting you 30 minutes of leisure time to wander through Caminito, renowned for its vivid murals and historic architecture.
After visiting the Boca Juniors stadium, we'll set sail on a 40-minute boat trip along the Matanza River. Our route will take us underneath the graceful Puente Transbordador Nicolás Avellaneda, an engineering masterpiece from the 20th century.
The rugged industrial setting will soon transition into the colorful ambiance of La Boca, and you'll be captivated by the lush vistas and contemporary buildings of Puerto Madero reflected in the río de la Plata.
