We will commence our journey at Via Piero della Francesca. From this point in Cagliari, we will venture into an enoteca—a renowned place for wine enthusiasts—where we will indulge in a tasting of the region's finest culinary treasures.

Once settled, your gastronomic journey begins as we explore the depths of Sardinian wine. Throughout the session, you will enjoy two glasses of local wine, artfully paired with traditional Italian cheeses and cured meats.

While you savour these delicacies, we will share insightful tales about each wine and ingredient. Discover the fascinating background of the producers and the values and traditions that have shaped their offerings.

To enhance the tasting experience of cheeses and cured meats, we will also present a selection of artisanal jams, olives, honey, pickles, and wood-oven-baked croutons. This will allow you to appreciate why the cuisine of Sardinia is often referred to as the "elixir of longevity," showcasing the incredible quality of local ingredients!

After an enjoyable 1.5-hour session of tasting local specialties, we will conclude our delightful experience.
