Excursión a la Selva de Queensland y Kuranda desde Cairns
A la hora indicada, comenzaremos con la recogida en el lugar de su preferencia en Cairns. Nuestro primer destino será el Skyrail Rainforest Cableway, donde emprenderemos un viaje en esta renombrada góndola panorámica que ofrece vistas impresionantes mientras flotamos sobre el vasto bosque.
La aventura en Skyrail termina en la estación de Smithfield, donde podrá disfrutar de un almuerzo por su cuenta. En la tarde, nos dirigiremos hacia Freshwater Station, donde abordará el Kuranda Scenic Rail, un viaje en tren histórico a través del aclamado bosque tropical de Queensland, considerado una de las rutas ferroviarias más emblemáticas de Australia.
Al llegar a Kuranda, disfrutará de tres horas libres para explorar este pintoresco pueblo. Tendrá la oportunidad de descubrir una variedad de mercados que exhiben productos locales y una gran diversidad de restaurantes.
Finalmente, regresaremos por carretera al punto de inicio, llegando aproximadamente 7.5 horas después de la recogida inicial.
Santuario de Cocodrilos
Si opta por esta opción, será recogido en su hotel en Cairns a la hora acordada y será llevado a Freshwater Station para abordar el Kuranda Scenic Rail. Este tren lo llevará a Kuranda, donde contará con una hora de tiempo libre.
A continuación, le llevaremos al famoso Skyrail Rainforest Cableway, que lo transportará a la estación de Smithfield. Desde allí, se dirigirá a Hartley's Crocodile Adventures, donde podrá observar de cerca a estos impresionantes reptiles.
Finalmente, desde el santuario, regresará a su hotel en Cairns, donde llegará aproximadamente 9 horas después de la recogida.
Cierres Parciales
Debido a trabajos de construcción, el cable car estará inoperativo en las siguientes fechas:
- Del 19 de agosto al 25 de octubre de 2026: el cable car solo funcionará entre Kuranda y Barron Falls. El resto del trayecto será en autobús.
En ambos casos, como compensación, podrá elegir entre un ticket para Birdworld o los Jardines de Koalas de Kuranda.

Important information
At the scheduled time, we'll pick you up at the location in Cairns that you selected when you made your reservation. Please be ready a few minutes early.
Partial Closures
Due to construction work, the cable car will be closed on the following dates:
- August 19 to October 25, 2026: the cable car will only operate between Kuranda and Barron Falls. The rest of the journey will be by bus.
In both cases, as compensation, you can choose between a ticket to Birdworld or Kuranda Koala Gardens.

Seats on the sides of the panoramic train, where you can enjoy the views, are not guaranteed.
