Gulf of Orosei Boat Trip
Description
Embarking on this boat journey across the Gulf of Orosei, you will explore the most stunning locations along the eastern coastline of Sardinia. Enchanting sea vistas are in store!
Details of the Day Trip
We will gather at Via Cala Luna 1 at the designated time and proceed to the harbor to commence our boat cruise along the Gulf of Orosei. Get ready to set sail!
Throughout this excursion, we will encounter the coves, gorges, and the most picturesque points of this section of Sardinia's east coast. Weather permitting, we will pause at several renowned beaches, such as Cala Luna, Cala Mariolu, and Cala Sisine, with stops ranging from 1 to 2 hours. Prepare to be captivated by the pristine waters!
Additionally, we will take a brief stop at Piscina Venere and Cala Goloritzé, perfect for capturing memorable photographs with these breathtaking views in the backdrop. Interestingly, the latter was formed due to a landslide in the 1960s.
As an added delight, during the voyage, guests can enjoy a toast with a glass of wine and savor a slice of a traditional Italian cake available at the onboard bar. A splendid way to cap off your experience!
At the conclusion of our adventure, we will return to the starting point, completing approximately 7 to 8 hours of sailing.
Exploring the Grotta del Bue Marino
When booking, you have the choice to include a tour of the Grotta del Bue Marino. This option allows you to visit one of the area's most beloved caves. Here, you will have the opportunity to disembark for a guided walking tour of 0.62 miles (1 kilometer), exploring the habitat of the Mediterranean monk seals along the Sardinian coast.
After the approximately 1-hour tour of the Grotta del Bue Marino, we will return to the boat to resume our adventure through the Gulf of Orosei.
Note: To gain access to the Grotta del Bue Marino, you will need to provide your credit card information, WhatsApp number, and email address for the local team to secure your entry. Entry is not permitted without this ticket.
