Lanzarote Surf Academy
When you sign up for your surfing course, you can select from the following options:
2-hour Class
If time is limited but you still want to learn to surf, this session is ideal for you. We will guide you through the basics on the shore before tackling the surf in Caleta de Famara.
You can expect that the freedom you experience on the board will be unmatched, and you'll enjoy the company of others who are also on their surfing journey.
Schedule
Select from one of the following two time slots:
- Starting at 10 am and concluding at 12 pm (arrival time at 9:15)
- Starting at 12:30 pm and concluding at 2:30 pm (arrival time at 11:45)
4-hour Class
After we collect you from the designated meeting point, we'll embark on our surfing journey. Our seasoned instructors will introduce you to the essentials and help you practice on the sand before hitting the water. Once warmed up and equipped with the key concepts, we will take the surfboards and immerse ourselves in the waves. Expect some tumbles (especially at first), but remember, as experienced surfers say, getting back up is what counts.

- This course consists of two sessions. The first session runs from 10 am to 12 pm, followed by a half-hour break, then the second session from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm.
3-day Class
If you wish to explore more of Lanzarote, this option is perfect. You will receive all the necessary surfing equipment regardless of your experience level. This course also features a 2-hour photo session, ensuring you bring home wonderful mementos of your adventure!

Important
The 2-hour and 4-hour surfing classes are tailored for beginners.
Meeting Point
Arrive 45 minutes prior to the start time at Calima Surf School, located at Avenida el Marinero 13.
