Our journey will commence at 9 am with a pick-up from your accommodation in Callao or the airport, followed by a trip to Lima to explore the remarkable Chorillos Market.

As we navigate through the market, you will discover an array of fresh seafood and local products including fruits, vegetables, and various spices. While exploring, you'll have the opportunity to sample some of these exquisite Peruvian treats. Later, we will select the finest ingredients for our upcoming culinary class, guided by an experienced chef.

Subsequently, we will make our way to the cooking venue where we'll begin preparing our ingredients and crafting delightful Peruvian dishes. Among the highlights of our class will be the preparation of causa limeña, a dish featuring either regular or yellow potatoes, ceviche, and the renowned pisco sour. This iconic cocktail is a true emblem of Lima's and Peru's culinary heritage.

Throughout the cooking process, you will enjoy stunning views of the Pacific Ocean. After we've finished our meal preparations, we'll savor a delicious lunch featuring the dishes we've created, all while taking in the picturesque Lima Bay.

Once lunch concludes, we will provide transportation back to your hotel in Callao, with an estimated drop-off time of 2:30 pm.
