Embark on a coffee and wine adventure in Espírito Santo do Pinhal, often referred to as the “Brazilian Tuscany”. This experience will take you to a coffee plantation and two distinguished wineries, where you'll have the opportunity to savor exquisite wines and unique coffee flavors.

Tour Overview

At the designated time, we will collect you from your accommodation in Campinas, setting the stage for an excursion tailored for enthusiasts of wine and coffee. Our destination is the picturesque Brazilian Tuscany.

Upon gathering everyone, we will depart for Espírito Santo do Pinhal, located in the heart of the Serra da Mantiqueira, where a rich coffee heritage meets an emerging wine industry. Our first stop will be at Terra de Kurí, a celebrated center for coffee production in the area.

Here, the passionate owners will guide us through the intricacies of specialty coffee sourced from Espírito Santo do Pinhal. You will unravel the intriguing stories behind this coffee, the various types produced, as well as the cultivation and processing methodologies. To complete this immersive experience, a delightful coffee tasting awaits.

With coffee still lingering on our taste buds, we'll continue to the InnVernia winery, where we will explore its innovative approach to winemaking. A guided tour through the vineyards will reveal a project that harmoniously blends tradition with modern techniques. Here, you will also learn about the cultivation methods of the lesser-known Saperavi and Sangiovese grape varieties that thrive in this region.

Post-visit, you will have one hour of free time to enjoy lunch at the winery’s restaurant.

Recharged from our meal, our journey will take us to the Merum winery, where we will conclude the day with a tasting of four exquisite wines. Adding to this experience, we’ll witness a breathtaking sunset from the winery’s viewing area, offering stunning views over the landscape of Espírito Santo do Pinhal.

As the day comes to a close, we'll make our way back to Campinas, completing this memorable tour after approximately 12 hours.
