About the Cirque du Soleil Show
JOYÀ narrates the tale of a wayward teenager who unexpectedly finds himself in a magical jungle. This enchanting realm exists within the world crafted by his grandfather, a figure in perpetual quest for life's meaning. Throughout this adventure, he uncovers a wonderland where the essence of nature and the joy of living are paramount. Themes of courage, companionship, and joy serve as the cornerstones of JOYÀ, the inaugural permanent performance by Cirque du Soleil in Mexico.
The production showcases incredible contortions, astonishing spins, remarkable leaps, and an extraordinarily harmonious synchronization... It is a visual experience that must not be overlooked!
Experience Options
During your reservation, you will have the choice among several options:
Basic Show Experience
This option offers a standard seat to enjoy the magnificent JOYÀ production at Cirque du Soleil.
Celebreation: Premium Seating & Canapés
Selecting this experience grants you enhanced seating, along with early entry to the theater, allowing you to relax 40 minutes ahead of the general audience. You will be treated to half a bottle of champagne per guest, accompanied by four savory appetizers and three sweet delights. Alternatives to champagne include wine, juice, or soft drinks.
You'll also receive a distinctive Cirque du Soleil souvenir cup.
Show and Dinner Experience
If you opt for this experience, you will be seated in premium locations near the stage an hour prior to the show. While waiting, enjoy a delightful meal.
This dining option comprises three courses, half a bottle of champagne per person, and live music accompanying the dinner. For those preferring not to have champagne, wine, juice, or soft drinks are available.
VIP Show and Dinner Experience
This is the ultimate exclusive option. Arrive an hour and 10 minutes prior to showtime for priority access to the theater, complete with a musical welcome and a cocktail reception in the VIP lounge. You will enjoy the best seating available.
This package also includes three courses, half a bottle of champagne per guest, and live music during your meal.

Transportation to the Show
Regardless of your selected option, round-trip transportation to the show is included. During the booking process, you may choose between pickup from your hotel or a designated location.
Do note that hotel pickup is available exclusively for select properties.

La Isla Shopping Center
- Show at 5 pm: pickup at 3 pm
- Show at 6 pm: pickup at 4 pm
- Show at 7 pm: pickup at 5 pm
- Show at 8:15 pm: pickup at 6:15 pm
- Show at 9:15 pm: pickup at 7:15 pm
Marina Puerto Cancún
- Show at 5 pm: pickup at 2:30 pm
- Show at 6 pm: pickup at 3:30 pm
- Show at 7 pm: pickup at 4:30 pm
- Show at 8:15 pm: pickup at 5:45 pm
- Show at 9:15 pm: pickup at 6:45 pm
Post-show, you will be collected at the main entrance of the Cirque du Soleil Theatre at Vidanta Riviera Maya. The return journey to the Cancún pickup point takes approximately 45 minutes to an hour, depending on traffic conditions.

Guidelines for Children Aged 3-12
On the day of the performance, children between the ages of 3 and 12 need their guardian to present a valid form of identification at the JOYA ticket office (either printed or digital) confirming the child’s age.

After the show, we'll pick you up at the main entrance of the Cirque du Soleil Theatre at Vidanta Riviera Maya. From there, we'll take you to the pickup point in Cancún, where we'll arrive after a journey of 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on traffic.
Children Aged 3-12
On the day of the activity, children aged 3-12 must have their guardian present a valid form of identification at the JOYA ticket office (printed or digital) that proves the age of the child.
