After picking you up from your hotel, we will leave the city behind, diving into the jungle of the Yucatán peninsula. During the journey to Xenotes, where the famous Cancún cenotes are located, we will reveal the traditions and prophecies surrounding these places which were considered sacred by the Mayans.
Throughout the day, we will visit the Fuego K’áak, Agua Ha, Tierra Lu’um, and Aire lik cenotes. Each one is uniquely special, but they are all surrounded by lush vegetation and feature crystal clear and refreshing water.
Among the activities you can try in the cenotes are kayaking, abseiling, and snorkelling. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to fly over the cenotes by zip wire: the views from the air are even more spectacular!
We'll enjoy a picnic in this beautiful natural environment, before returning to the Cancún hotels after a full day visiting the Yucatán cenotes.
How does it work?
On this tour, you will embark on an exciting day exploring the cenotes. The trip includes transportation from your hotel in Cancún, where we will take you to several unique cenotes. The activities available include swimming, kayaking, zip lining, and snorkelling. Please ensure to bring swimwear, towels, and sunscreen. The included services feature a guided tour through all cenotes, a picnic meal, and rental equipment for activities.
The services not included are personal expenses and the use of lockers and life jackets, which are available for rent on-site. The meeting point is your hotel, where the pick-up will occur at a pre-arranged time. This tour guarantees an unforgettable adventure immersed in nature.

It is very important that you confirm the exact time and meeting point at least 24 hours before the date of the tour through the following contact info:

Hours of operation:
- Monday to Friday: from 7 am to 8 pm
- Saturdays: 7 am to 4 pm
It's also very important to ask your hotel reception where the excursion pick-up area is located. There is a specific area in most of the hotels, especially the bigger ones. Not being in this area at the scheduled time could mean you miss the excursion.
You'll receive confirmation of your pick up through the message centre available on the Civitatis platform. If you don't receive confirmation of your pick up, please contact the Civitatis Customer Service Department.
At the time of pickup, upon boarding the bus you must present your printed or digital voucher and a photo ID (in printed or digital format). This requirement is essential to obtain the park access bracelet.
Recommendations
- You must bring your proof of purchase with you on the day of the tour.
- We recommend wearing comfortable beach clothes, a swimsuit and bringing an extra change of clothes.
- Your sunscreen and insect repellent should only contain titanium oxide and zinc oxide for use in the Park.
- We advise bringing cash or a card to buy souvenirs, do an optional activity or purchase photos of your visit.
Important information
- Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Children over 1.40 metres but under 12 years of age must also present identification to prove their age.
- There is a minimum height of 1.10 metres and a minimum weight of 40 kg to take part in the zip line activity.
- The use of the life jacket is mandatory during all water activities.
- It is mandatory to shower before entering the cenote.
- This tour is not recommended for people with heart, lung or spine problems, asthma, diabetes, hypertension and pregnant women or those who think they might be pregnant.
- It is not possible to change the date on the day of your visit.
