La Maddalena Boat Tour
Description
Embark on an unforgettable journey to the La Maddalena Islands, where you'll explore the most stunning beaches of this Sardinian archipelago. Experience a delightful boat cruise, making multiple stops to enjoy refreshing swims.
Boat Tour Overview
As the adventure begins, we will gather at Via del Molo Vecchio in the port of Cannigione, where our vessel awaits to start a scenic voyage through the National Park of La Maddalena Archipelago.
While on board, relax and take in the views of the northern Sardinian coastline. As we glide along, sightsee notable locations like Porto Rafael and the intriguing Bear Rock, a natural formation resembling a bear. Enrich your experience with captivating insights provided by the included audio guide in English.
Our first stop is at Cala dell'Amore, nestled on the island of Spargi, where you'll have 1 hour and 30 minutes to immerse yourself in the crystal-clear waters.
Next, we will cruise past Rosa Beach, famously located in Budelli. The beach's striking pink sands reveal the secret of its name—resulting from the erosion of fossils and corals. Though access is restricted, we will have the opportunity to photograph the breathtaking vistas.
Our journey continues to the natural pools situated near Budelli, Razzoli, and Santa Maria. Here, you can spend an hour and a half swimming in the crystalline waters and snorkeling, should you choose to do so.
Following this, we will journey to the historic center of La Maddalena, where you'll have one hour to grab lunch and explore the town. A leisurely walk along the harbor is highly recommended, and don’t forget to visit the church of Santa Maria Maddalena and the charming Piazza Umberto I.
Your day concludes with our return to the initial departure point after approximately 7 hours of exploration.
