The exhibition highlights the cultivation methods of Chablisie and Grand Auxerrois, which include the vineyards of Auxerrois, Tonnerrois, Vézelien, and Jovinien. You’ll also uncover intriguing insights about the wines from the Pays Châtillonnais.

Visiting Hours
The Cité des Climats et Vins de Bourgogne of Chablis opens its doors Tuesday through Sunday from 10 am to 6 pm, with the final show commencing one hour before closing.
