How It Works
The Go City: Chicago All-Inclusive Pass becomes active upon first use, allowing access for the duration purchased: 1, 2, 3, or 5 consecutive days.
This pass grants the ability to visit each attraction one time. Simply show your pass at the entrance to start exploring.
During peak periods, popular locations may experience crowds; therefore, it is advisable to consult the digital guide for reservation details and consider booking in advance when necessary.
Although a start date is required during the purchase process, the pass is valid for use within a 12-month period from the date of acquisition.
Children Under 3
The Go City: Chicago All-Inclusive Pass provides options for children aged 3 to 12. Most attractions offer complimentary entry for children under the age of 3. It is recommended to check individual attraction websites for specific details.

This voucher isn't a ticket and can't be exchanged for physical tickets or used to access tourist attractions.
In your confirmation e-mail, you'll find a PDF file. Please check that the file contains the passes purchased with a unique QR code for each user. If you don't receive the PDF, please contact us via our web form.
Downloading the electronic pass won't activate it. In order to use your tourist card, you can present the QR code that appears on your printed or electronic pass at the entrance to the attractions:
- Printed voucher: Please download and print the PDF with the passes and the city guide.
- E-voucher: Please save the PDF compatible with mobile devices so that you can open it easily and show it on your mobile phone to access the attractions.
After activating the card, you'll be able to use it for the contracted days: 1, 2, 3 or 5 consecutive days.
The Go City: Chicago All-Inclusive Pass allows you to access each attraction once. Some of the attractions are subject to availability and must be booked in advance directly with the local company. Please refer to the Go City: Chicago All-Inclusive Pass guide for attractions requiring reservations and contact details.
Local holidays may affect the openings of some of the attractions included on the pass. Holiday closures won't be grounds for a full or partial refund of the card price.
Although a start date is requested at the time of booking, you can use the service for 12 months from the date of purchase.
