Priority Boarding

During the reservation process, you have the option to secure priority boarding. This will allow you to board the cruise without queuing. Do keep in mind that boarding opens 20 minutes prior to departure.

For those opting for standard boarding, the process initiates 15 minutes ahead of the cruise schedule.

Only some areas are accessible. Accessible toilets. Free wheelchair loan service available. An accompanying person is required. This must be indicated in the reservation.

Important information

On the day of the activity, please head to The First Lady dock, located at 112 East Wacker Drive (https://maps.app.goo.gl/BDSAB2nZaMhC6vdb9). You'll need to access the area via the intersection of Michigan Avenue and Upper Wacker Drive, then go down the stairs to the First Lady office. Please arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes before the boat's departure.

The guide will be wearing green and white clothes.

Priority Boarding

If you have booked priority boarding, please note that boarding begins 20 minutes before the cruise starts.

For general boarding, the process begins 15 minutes before the cruise starts.

Arriving By Car?

The closest and most convenient parking option is the LAZ Parking Services garage, located at 111 E. Wacker Dr. (Illinois Center). This garage is situated directly across from the stairs leading to our dock and next to the Chicago Architecture Center. The entrance is the first access point east of Michigan Avenue, on the south side of Upper East Wacker Drive. Reservations can be made online. If you do not pay for your parking space online in advance, please take your parking ticket to the ticket booth to obtain a validation sticker. You can also ask a server on the boat for the validation sticker if the ticket booth is closed. The discounted rate after validation is 14EUR (for 3 hours or less) or 15EUR (for 4 hours or less). No discounts are available for stays longer than 4 hours.
