Alsace Wine Museum Tickets
Description
If you're eager to explore wine tourism in Colmar, consider visiting the Alsace Wine Museum, where the rich winemaking heritage of eastern France awaits you. The experience includes a delightful wine tasting!
Reasons to Explore the Alsace Wine Museum
Situated in Cathedral Square, at the heart of Colmar's historic center, the Alsace Wine Museum invites visitors to discover the art of producing renowned Alsatian wines found in the eastern region of France.
With your museum ticket, you can wander through various exhibits while using an audioguide in English, sharing the traditional secrets of local winemaking. Interactive displays offer a close-up view of local vineyards, grape varieties, and the transformation processes that yield wine.
A standout feature is a walkway that lets you experience the grape stomping phase firsthand. Do not miss the room equipped with a simulator that allows you to take a virtual tour of an Alsace vineyard without stepping outside the museum.
Additionally, the museum presents informative panels detailing destinations along the Alsace Wine Route and highlights the contributions of winemakers, coopers, sommeliers, chefs, and other professionals in the vibrant world of wine.
Your audio-guided tour will conclude after an hour and a half with the opportunity to enjoy a glass of wine as part of the tasting experience.
