Our meeting point is Piazza Camerleta at the appointed time, conveniently located close to Baradello Castle. This iconic structure stands as a proud emblem of the city within the picturesque Spina Verde Park, perched atop the hill bearing its name.

Upon gathering, we'll venture inside the castle to explore its various areas and appreciate its architectural grandeur. Commissioned by Emperor Frederick Barbarossa, this fortress was erected atop the remnants of 6th-century Byzantine constructions, offering commanding views over the city and the lake.

Next, we'll delve into the well-preserved square Romanesque tower, the tallest structure in the castle complex at nearly 92 feet (28 meters). This majestic tower dominates the skyline and provides an extraordinary vista, where Como is mirrored in the lake, with sweeping panoramas extending from the Alps to the Po Valley and the Apennines. Make sure to bring your camera to capture these unforgettable moments!
