Any additional bags or those exceeding size limits will incur a 100 BRL surcharge per journey.
• Travelers with excess luggage must provide 24 hours' notice. Failure to notify may result in the driver's discretion regarding the boarding based on passenger capacity and vehicle space availability.
• Special items such as surfboards, baby strollers, and foldable wheelchairs require prior notification, as a supplementary fee of 100 BRL will apply, subject to item size and availability.
• In cases where accommodations are difficult to access, involving the need for an additional vehicle, passengers must handle their own luggage transfers between vehicles.
• Responsibility for luggage rests solely with the passenger.
