Purchasing your ticket for Tivoli Gardens grants you access to an amusement park established in 1843. Nestled in the heart of the city, Tivoli Gardens has delighted visitors for nearly two centuries and stands as a significant tourist draw in Copenhagen.
As you wander through the enchanting gardens, you’ll encounter 19th-century attractions that offer both entertainment and a unique charm. Please note that the general admission ticket allows you to explore the park, but does not include access to ride the attractions; separate tickets must be purchased on-site.
How Does It Work?
With your Tivoli Gardens Ticket, you'll have entry to the amusement park, but this does not include rides. To experience the exhilaration of the attractions, you will need to purchase tickets specifically for each ride at the park or consider multi-ride tickets for better value.
Ride Pass
Opting for a ticket that includes a Ride Pass enables you to enjoy unlimited rides at Tivoli Gardens. Highlights include thrilling options such as "The Demon" rollercoaster, the Golden Tower shuttle, and the Ferris Wheel.
Opening Time
During the reservation process, a calendar will display operating times, yet you can enter the amusement park at any time within its opening hours, typically from 11 am to 10 pm.

Important information
The Tivoli Gardens are located at Vesterbrogade, number 3. You must show the ticket at the ticket office to be able to access the park.

Attractions not Included
When you buy your Tivoli Gardens Ticket, you'll only have access to the amusement park; you'll not be able to ride the attractions.
To experience the thrill of the rides, you'll have to buy a specific ticket for the individual ride at the gardens, or you can make the most of the multi-ride tickets.
Important Info
- On Fridays during the Friday Rock event, children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult (minimum age 25) from 5:30 pm onwards
- The ticket is valid for any day of the year in which you have made the reservation. However, please note that the ticket has a different price during the week and on weekends, make sure you book the correct ticket for your day of choice. If you have booked your ticket for a weekday, you can enter the Tivoli Gardens any day from Monday to Friday. If you have bought the ticket for a Saturday or Sunday, you can only visit the gardens on a weekend day.
