Day Trip Overview

At the arranged time, you will be collected from your selected meeting point in southern Tenerife. Are you ready to embark on your journey to Santa Cruz de Tenerife, the capital of the island? The drive will take about an hour.

Upon arrival, we will wander through notable landmarks such as Plaza de España, Plaza Weyler, and the bustling Mercado de Nuestra Señora de África. As we stroll along its lively streets, we will delve into the city's rich history and cultural heritage.

Next, we will board the minibus again to visit the Anaga Rural Park, recognized as a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. Situated at the northeastern edge of the island, this area captivates visitors with its extraordinary flora. Did you know that the laurisilva forest thrived across much of Europe millions of years ago and now exists only in a few locations, including the Canary Islands? We will explore this exceptional ecosystem, renowned for its unique characteristics.

Our final destination will be La Laguna, celebrated as one of Spain's UNESCO World Heritage Cities. Here, we will embark on a guided tour, revealing intriguing insights about this historic town, once the capital of the island. It holds the distinction of being the first city established in Tenerife. You will be captivated by the vibrant architecture, view the exterior of the Cathedral of San Cristóbal de La Laguna and the Plaza del Adelantado, and admire the impressive 17th-century mansions, making it hard to resist taking countless photographs!

After our exploration, you'll have 1.5 hours of free time to enjoy lunch and sample some local Canarian dishes, which will be at your own cost.

The day will conclude with a return trip to your respective pickup points, wrapping up a delightful 9-hour excursion.

This day trip includes a pickup service between 7:41 am and 8:30 am from Costa Adeje, Los Cristianos, Las Galletas, Playa de las Américas, and El Médano. Please choose your preferred pickup location at the time of booking.
