Island Exploration Tour from the South

On the scheduled day, a comfortable bus will pick you up from your selected meeting point, setting the stage for an exciting Tenerife island adventure!

Our journey begins in Candelaria, a significant site for local residents, where we will delve into the history of the patron saint of the Canary Islands and the Guanche menceyes, represented in the renowned sculptures along the coast.

Continuing along Tenerife's scenic routes, we will arrive at La Orotava, a town celebrated for its stunning architectural features, including the Casa de los Balcones and the Church of Our Lady of Conception, both of which highlight its rich cultural heritage.

Next, we'll visit the quaint village of Garachico, often regarded as one of Spain's most picturesque towns. Despite experiencing devastation from a volcanic eruption in 1706, it proudly showcases important architectural gems from the 16th and 17th centuries. We'll discuss its historical significance to the island during our visit.

To enhance your experience, enjoy some free time to sample traditional Tenerife cuisine. Afterwards, we will journey to Teno Rural Park, harboring the hidden gem of Masca. This area is known for its winding roads and breathtaking views of the valley, a must-see for the adventurous at heart.

At the end of the excursion, we will return to the original meeting point in southern Tenerife, wrapping up a day filled with exploration lasting approximately 9 hours.
