Our flavorful journey begins at the 2.9-mile (4.8-kilometer) marker on Costera Sur Road, where you will delve into an enriching activity that reflects the vibrant essence of Mexican culture.
The workshop kicks off with a hands-on class dedicated to preparing three distinct varieties of scrumptious tacos: the crispy dorado tacos (known as taquitos), topped with a zesty tomato sauce, creamy sour cream, and a sprinkle of cheese; the renowned cochinita pibil tacos garnished with diced onion; and of course, the celebrated tacos de guisado, hailed as the ultimate taco experience.
The moment has arrived for you to enjoy your culinary creations! Each bite will whisk you away to the heart of Mexico’s vibrant culinary landscape. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to complement your meal with the iconic beverage of Mexico. Indulge in a tequila tasting as you learn to identify and appreciate the various types of this cherished liquor.
After an enriching 2.5-hour session dedicated to unveiling the tastes, scents, and textures that make Mexican gastronomy one of the world’s most exquisite and varied cuisines, we will conclude this flavorful adventure and bid our farewells.

Children Under 18
Although children under 18 can participate in this activity, they cannot take part in the tequila tasting.

During the workshop, we'll walk along irregular surfaces. We recommend you bring flat and comfortable shoes, as well as biodegradable sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, insect repellent, and light clothes.
