Activity Details

We'll begin by collecting you from your hotel in Cusco at the prearranged time. Once everyone is assembled, we will embark on an adventure that beautifully blends history, nature, and excitement. Let's set off!

Your journey will commence with a comfortable minibus ride to the ranch situated within the Sacsayhuamán Archeological Park. Are you prepared for an extraordinary experience amid the Cusco mountains?

Upon arrival, you'll be introduced to our wonderful companions, the horses. After a brief period to acclimatize, we'll mount our steeds and immerse ourselves in the breathtaking Peruvian countryside. As we navigate these remarkable landscapes, we will arrive at the Cara del Inca viewpoint, where you'll enjoy breathtaking views and uncover the story behind this incredible geological feature.

Next, we will continue toward the Temple of the Moon. This revered site, known as Amaru Marka Wasi, was a significant location for ceremonies and offerings, particularly during the full moon nights. The local guide will share captivating tales about the temple's history.

Our ride will proceed as we gain insights about the Andean worldview, exploring the customs and beliefs of the Incan culture along with the region's historical importance while we examine the various rock formations. We will reach the Inkilltambo viewpoint, an ideal spot for capturing memorable photographs of the picturesque landscape.

Upon our return to the Moon Temple, we will dismount for a guided walking tour lasting 30 minutes, allowing you to appreciate this iconic site more intimately. Finally, we will ride back to the ranch where you can bid farewell to your equine friends, after which we will transport you back to your hotel, completing our adventure approximately three hours after pickup.
