Tour Overview
At the agreed meeting point, we will gather at the entrance of the Inka Museum to commence this guided exploration of Cusco. Prepare yourself to delve into the past of the ancient Incan capital.
Within the museum's walls, an impressive array of artifacts awaits, illustrating the customs and history of this ancient culture. During this immersive 1-hour experience, you will engage deeply with the fascinating exhibitions on display.
Following our museum visit, we will stroll approximately 100 meters to the Plaza de Armas, the vibrant heart of Cusco. Here, we will uncover the mysteries of this iconic location while admiring its colonial architecture and lively atmosphere.
Next, we will visit a local chichería, where you can sample chicha de jora, the renowned corn beer of the Andes. You will come to appreciate the significance of this beverage in the lives of the local community, making this a memorable stop filled with culture and taste!
Continuing our journey, we will make our way to Calle Hatun Rumiyoq, known for the Palace of Inca Roca and the remarkable 12-Angled Stone, a testament to the engineering prowess of the Incas. Discover the stories behind this stunning example of stonework!
We will then proceed to the San Blas district, characterized by its picturesque cobblestone streets and artisan shops. This enchanting area is perfect for immersing yourself in Cusco's artistic vibe while browsing for distinctive local crafts. We will spend 20 minutes wandering through its artisan workshops, soaking in the characteristic bohemian atmosphere.
Next, we will stop at a luthier’s workshop to explore the depth of Andean music. During this 20-minute guided session, you will learn about the creation of traditional instruments and their cultural significance.
A short walk will lead us to Calle 7 Borreguitos, a street steeped in history. We will also discover a historic Incan ceremonial site, where we will discuss the spiritual practices and rituals of this fascinating civilization.
Our tour will conclude after 3 hours at San Cristóbal Square, where we can enjoy breathtaking views of Cusco. You will have a moment to capture photos and appreciate the stunning landscape while we enjoy a toast with a refreshing pisco sour. Cheers!

On the day of the activity, the guide will meet you at the entrance to the Inka Museum, located at the following address: Ataud 154, Cusco 08002, Peru. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early.
