Collection
If you reside in central Cusco and purchase your card in advance, we can deliver it directly to your accommodation. Alternatively, you can collect it from Calle Garcilaso, 265 (Oficina 10) during the following hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9 am to 7 pm
- Saturdays: 9 am to 1 pm
Please remember that the offices are closed on Sundays; you will need to plan your visit to collect the card on a different day.

Important information
You can collect your card from the following address: Calle Garcilaso #265; Oficina: #10, Cusco Centro. The opening hours are the following:
- Monday to Friday: 9 am to 7 pm
- Saturdays: 9 am to 1 pm
The offices are closed on Sundays, so you must come on Saturday to pick up your cards.
