At the appointed hour, we will meet you at your hotel to embark on this artistic journey through Havana. Prepare to uncover the vibrant artistic pulse of the Cuban capital!

As we get underway, we will drive through Havana in a vintage car, unveiling the importance of art in the city's culture. Our guide will share insights into the roots of this rich tradition, tracing back to the establishment of the San Alejandro National School of Fine Arts in the year 1818.

Upon arriving in Havana's historic district, we will delve into the city's oldest sections and visit various cultural hubs like the Taller Experimental de la Gráfica, the Carmen Montilla Gallery, and the Taller Gorria Gallery.

Havana is celebrated as the capital of Cuban art. Throughout our trip, we will examine the contemporary art scene in Cuba, its diverse expressions, and the obstacles faced by artists today – we'll even have the chance to meet some local creators!

Subsequently, we will return to our classic car for a scenic drive through modern Havana along Avenida del Puerto. As we cruise, we will reflect on significant institutions like the Casa de las Americas and the Union of Writers and Artists of Cuba. We will also pass by the facades of the National School of Art (ENA) and the current San Alejandro School of Fine Arts.
