Tour Overview

At the designated time, we will gather at the Vista Hermosa commercial walkway, where we will board a vehicle and commence our expedition filled with rich aromas, historical insights, and delightful flavors. Let's begin!

Our journey will first take us to a family-run vineyard entirely rooted in Tequisquiapan. In this tranquil countryside setting, we will meander through the vines while we uncover the traditional methods behind their wine production. This visit, lasting a total of 1.5 hours, will include two wine tastings paired with a platter of cheeses and cold cuts that you won’t want to miss!

Next, we will proceed to a local brewery designed in an industrial style, which presents a striking contrast to the typical rural scenery of Tequisquiapan. Here, we will delve into the intricacies of the craft beer production process. It's fascinating to note how the region's altitude and climate influence the flavors of the beer!

After spending one hour at the brewery, our experience will continue at the Tequis Tasting Room, where we will partake in an exquisite guided cheese tasting accompanied by two distinct local beers. To enhance this experience, you will have the chance to sample artisanal delicacies crafted from fruits native to the semidesert of Querétaro, including sauces, liqueurs, and unique dressings that will tantalize your palate.

Following a 1.5-hour session at the Tasting Room, we will return to our starting point, concluding our tour after approximately five hours.
