Your journey begins with a timely pickup from your hotel as we set off to explore the renowned wineries of Bento Gonçalves and Garibaldi. Are you prepared to uncover some of Brazil's premier wine producers?

Nestled between the towns of Bento Gonçalves, Garibaldi, and Monte Belo do Sul, the Vale dos Vinhedos showcases the profound impact of Italian heritage in Brazil, a testament to the immigrants who introduced their traditions, particularly the art of grape cultivation, to this region.

Our first stop will be Vinícola Aurora, a cooperative established in the 1930s, which now proudly unites 1,100 family producers, yielding approximately 50 million kilos of grapes annually. This makes it the most significant wine cooperative in Latin America, a remarkable feat.

Following an extensive tour of its facilities, guests will partake in a wine tasting session before heading to our second destination: Vinícola Garibaldi. This winery, named in honor of the politician Giuseppe Garibaldi, is celebrated for its acclaimed wines and champagnes. Here, we'll enjoy a tasting of their exquisite offerings before concluding our visits at Casa Valduga, whose roots trace back to the 19th century, culminating in a tasting of its signature wines.

As we explore, we will pause for an Italian lunch, featuring a selection of traditional dishes such as pasta, risotto, chicken, polenta, and cheese.

Ultimately, we will journey back to Bento Gonçalves, returning you to your hotel after an enriching 8-hour experience.
