Bike Tour Overview

We will gather at Plaza Sarriegi at the scheduled time. Here, we'll hop on our electric bikes and begin our adventure, exploring the streets and the beautiful beaches of San Sebastián. Are you ready? Let’s get started!

Our journey kicks off in the vibrant Old Town, where we’ll navigate along Boulevard Avenue, pass through the lovely Alderdi Eder gardens, and glide down the stunning La Concha promenade. As we ride, we will visit the charming gardens of Miramar Palace and delve into the fascinating history of San Sebastián, examining its transformation from the 10th century to today, with particular attention to the city’s Belle Époque during the early 20th century.

Our next stop will be an ascent to Mount Igeldo, where breathtaking vistas of La Concha bay will await us from the summit. Prepare to be amazed!

On our descent, we’ll meander through the delightful Antiguo neighborhood and make our way past the Basque Public University campus, heading towards the Morlans tunnel—known as one of the longest cycle-friendly tunnels in Europe. This will quickly lead us to the Amara district, where we’ll venture to the Anoeta neighborhood to check out the Anoeta stadium. If the timing is right, we may even get to experience Basque pelota at the Atano III court, subject to availability.

As we continue, we’ll ride along the picturesque path next to the Urumea River, arriving at the vibrant Gros district, where we can relish the lively ambiance at Zurriola Beach. After a rewarding 3-hour cycling experience, we will wrap up our tour as we return to our departure point. Until next adventure!
