North East Boa Vista + Ervatão Beach Tour

Your adventure begins at 9 am with a pickup from your accommodation, as we set off towards the northeast, eager to explore this part of Boa Vista. Are you ready for a day filled with incredible views? Let’s commence!

Our first destination will be Rabil, the island's second largest city. As we navigate through its vibrant streets, you'll gain insight into local traditions, visiting artisan shops and the historic church of Rabil. Following this cultural exploration, we’ll make our way to the tranquil Fonte Vicente Oasis.

This picturesque area is a natural haven, showcasing fruit trees like majestic fig trees, robust almond trees, and the unique baobabs. Not far from here lies Curral Velho, recognized for its remnants of a large salt mining operation enveloped by expansive golden dunes.

Additionally, we'll explore the unspoiled beach and the islet of Curral Velho, a renowned spot among divers for its rich marine life and vibrant fish species. Afterward, we’ll return to our minibus and journey to the idyllic Ervatão beach, where crystal-clear waters meet soft white sand. You may be delighted to know that this beach serves as a crucial nesting ground for loggerhead sea turtles. With a bit of fortune, we might observe them in their natural habitat!

Following a relaxing half hour on the beach, our tour will conclude with a visit to Fondo das Figueras, a quaint village where you can enjoy lunch at a local restaurant at your own pace.

Finally, we will return you to your hotel by approximately 4 pm.
