At the specified time, we will gather at Carretera Valdestillas 2 to initiate a guided exploration of Bodegas De Alberto, renowned as a wine sanctuary in Serrada, boasting over 350 years of heritage.

Upon entering the premises, we will delve into the winery's rich history, originating from a farmhouse established in the 17th century. We will learn how the Gutiérrez family acquired this estate following the ecclesiastical confiscations by Mendizábal during the years 1836 to 1837.

As we stroll through the remarkable underground cellars, we will uncover the detailed processes involved in wine production. The impressive basement of Bodegas De Alberto is capable of holding an astounding 4 million liters of wine!

Our journey will culminate with a tasting of 3 wines harvested from the cellars, complemented by a carefully curated assortment of cheeses or artisanal sweets. This delightful experience will enhance our palate and guide us in identifying the distinct characteristics of each wine.

After approximately an hour and a half, we will conclude our excursion outside the winery.
