We'll convene at a central location in Las Negras at your selected time. The expedition will begin by uncovering the rich history surrounding forgotten mines and homesteads, alongside a stretch of the breathtaking coastline. Welcome to the Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park!

To enhance your experience, we'll board an off-road vehicle and proceed to our first destination, navigating through historic, decommissioned routes to immerse ourselves in the heart of Almería's natural wonder, all while discussing its diverse plant and animal life. With some luck, we could encounter reptiles, amphibians, and other wildlife uniquely suited to this dry environment.

Our path will lead us past several derelict farmhouses that capture the essence of a bygone era. Soon, we'll reach Cortijo del Fraile, an essential stop known for its historical and commercial significance. Curious about the incidents that cast a shadow over this location?
