Join us for an exhilarating quad tour through the Caburé Circuit, where a day filled with adventure awaits as we traverse the stunning dunes, lagoons, and riverside settlements within the Pequenos Lençóis Maranhenses. Let's get started!

Tour Overview

We will retrieve you from your accommodation in Barreirinhas at the designated time, embarking on a scenic 1-hour bus ride to the renowned Caburé Circuit. Let's hit the road!

Upon arrival at a designated meeting point, we will brief you on the itinerary and allocate the quads. Are you ready for the engines to roar?

As we venture into the Lençóis Maranhenses National Park, we will navigate along a paved road stretching 2 km (1.25 mi) toward the quaint village of Bosque. The scenery will transform, revealing stunning white sand dunes that resemble waves paused in time, accompanied by vegetation sculpted by Atlantic breezes.

Next, we proceed to the enchanting region known as Pequenos Lençóis, a fragile ecosystem where soft white sand ridges are interspersed with seasonal lagoons. A stop at Lagoa do Alazão, a lagoon nourished by rainfall, allows for a moment of relaxation.

After taking a dip to refresh, we will remount our quads and head towards Caeté, where you can treat yourself to freshly cut coconut water, a well-deserved treat! We will then journey onwards to Vassouras, known for its adorable sloths, and eventually to Morro do Boi.

Continuing our adventure, we will make our way to Caburé Beach, a natural land bridge nestled between the river and the ocean. Feeling peckish? Here, you’ll have leisure time to savor a local lunch at your own cost and unwind in this tranquil corner of northeastern Brazil.

Ready for the last leg of our journey? Our concluding stop will be the Caburé wind farm, where towering turbines stand in striking contrast to the dune landscape. It's the perfect backdrop for capturing your final photos of the tour.

After all the excitement, we will return to our starting location and transport you back to your hotel, wrapping up the tour in approximately 8 hours.

Participant Guidelines

To operate a quad, participants must be no younger than 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license. Those aged 13 to 18 are permitted to ride as passengers.
