Chitwan National Park 2-Day Expedition

Day 1: Kathmandu to Chitwan National Park and Sauraha

Our adventure begins early, with a pick-up from your accommodation in Kathmandu at 6:30 am, as we board our bus and head westward to the breathtaking Chitwan National Park.

As we traverse the day, you'll be captivated by the natural beauty surrounding the Rapiti River, actively searching for the rich wildlife present in the area. Prepare to spot elephants, crocodiles, sloths, leopards, and pythons among a myriad of other creatures!

After approximately a five-hour journey, we will arrive in Sauraha, where refreshments await you with a delicious lunch. Following this, you can select one of three exciting activities: embark on a safari to witness elephants, rhinos, and monkeys, opt for an adventurous 4x4 tour, or enjoy a serene canoe ride coupled with a visit to the elephant care center.

As evening approaches, we will visit Sauraha village to witness a stunning sunset while indulging in an authentic experience of dinner, cultural dances, and traditional music. Our day concludes at the lodge, where you can relax and rejuvenate for what tomorrow brings.

Day 2: Sauraha to Kathmandu

Wake up early to a delightful breakfast at the hotel, then prepare to return to your hotel in Kathmandu as we set off once again. We anticipate arriving around 2 pm.

Your trip includes an overnight stay at the Jungle Safari Resort in Sauraha, featuring a deluxe room along with meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
