Following your hotel pickup, we will embark on a scenic journey showcasing the historic core of Guayaquil, where you will encounter several of the city's notable landmarks.

Your first destination will be the column dedicated to the heroes of October 9, situated within the Centennial Park of Guayaquil. This sculptural monument, erected in the early 20th century, honors a pivotal event in the city’s past: its declaration of independence from Spain.

After this historical insight, we will stroll towards Seminario Park, where you can observe numerous reptiles; it's often referred to as iguana park due to its resident creatures. Nearby lies the Cathedral of San Pedro, a site we will explore while discussing its turbulent history and the restorations it has undergone since it was originally built in the 16th century.

Your exploration continues as we visit the Administration Square, admire the exterior of the Clock Tower, and view the Hemiciclo de la Rotonda. This important landmark recalls the Guayaquil Conference, which played a crucial role in the struggle for South American independence.

After ascending to the Guayaquil lighthouse, we will proceed to the Historical Park. Spanning nearly eight hectares, this location allows you to immerse yourself in the impressive diversity of Ecuador’s wildlife, plant life, and cultural traditions. The park also showcases a meticulously designed monumental area that embodies the architectural style of early 20th-century Guayaquil.

The tour concludes after four hours, at which point we will return you to your hotel.
