We'll begin our day at the main entrance of the Corte Fornello winery, where a warm welcome awaits us, setting the tone for a day filled with flavor and fun!

Guided by our hosts, we’ll dive into the art of crafting fresh handmade pasta from the ground up. Participants will engage in making dough and producing various traditional pasta shapes such as spaghetti, tagliatelle, and tortellini, each with distinct characteristics and textures.

During a hands-on session lasting one hour, we’ll immerse ourselves in the culinary techniques demonstrated by the chef. No expertise is required—just an eagerness to savor authentic Italian cuisine.

Following the pasta-making class, we'll embark on a 40-minute guided tour of the winery. A family member will lead us through the stunning vineyards, the vinification and bottling areas, and the historic 18th-century barrel cellar, where each section showcases the craftsmanship behind their wines.

As the experience culminates, we will enjoy a tasting of three carefully selected wines, complemented by a charcuterie board featuring cured meats and artisanal cheeses. Raise a glass and toast to this unforgettable experience!
