Available Ticket Options
During the reservation process, you have several ticket types to choose from:
- 1-day ticket: This allows access to one park on the selected date only.
- 2-day ticket: Visits must occur within a 13-day period. You may visit Disneyland Park® on your first day and Disney California Adventure® Park on the second, or vice versa. Note that the visits do not need to be consecutive but must occur within the specified timeframe.
- 1-day ticket with Park Hopper (entry to both parks in one day): Allows you to enter both Disneyland Park® and Disney California Adventure® Park during the same day. You'll begin at the first park and may enter the second park after 11 am. If neither park has been accessed by 11 am, you may choose either park to start your day.
- 2-day ticket with Park Hopper (entry to both parks in one day): Functions similarly to the previous option but extends over two days, permitting visits to both parks on each day under the same rules.
- 1 or 2-day ticket with Lightning Lane Multi Pass: This ticket grants access to one park each day for either one or two days while including the Lightning Lane Multi Pass. This pass enables you to bypass standard lines at select attractions via time slots booked through the Disneyland® app—an ideal way to optimize your time!
- 1 or 2-Day Ticket with Park Hopper and Lightning Lane Multi Pass: Access both parks across one or two days, switching parks on the same day post 11 am, while also benefiting from the Lightning Lane Multi Pass for faster entry into numerous attractions. This option offers the most comprehensive Disney experience!
Park Hopper Details
With the Park Hopper pass, booking your initial park visit through the Disney app remains necessary. However, a reservation for the second park is not required. After reserving admission to your first park, feel free to explore the second park at your leisure after 11 am without needing an additional reservation.
Lightning Lane Multi Pass Information
If your ticket includes the Lightning Lane Multi Pass, gain quicker access to various attractions, enabling you to skip the standard queues. This pass grants the opportunity to utilize the Lightning Lane once for each designated attraction, with selections made directly through the official Disneyland® app. Remember that only one selection can be active at any moment; you may select a new attraction once your initial one is utilized or two hours have elapsed since the last selection.
Additionally, the Multi Pass offers exclusive photo benefits. During your visit, you'll enjoy unlimited downloads of digital Disney PhotoPass images, including those captured by professional photographers within the park. Unique lenses through the app will also allow you to capture even more memorable moments.

Steps to Visit Your Chosen Park
After purchasing your ticket, remember to download the official Disneyland® app and create an account. Your reservation voucher will provide guidance throughout this process.
Once your account is established, you will link your ticket purchase with the Disney app, followed by selecting the date of your visit. Detailed instructions will accompany your confirmation voucher.
Note that registration within the Disney app is required, regardless of whether your ticket was bought from the official Disneyland® website or through another provider.

Important information
Can I enter the park with this voucher?
This voucher does not serve as your admission ticket. Within a few hours of booking, you will receive the official tickets in PDF format which will include QR codes. If you do not receive them within 72 hours, please contact us using our contact form.
You do not need to print out your tickets but you must save your QR codes onto your phone or have internet access to show them at the park's entrance.
What parks can I visit?
Please keep in mind that if you choose the 1-day ticket, you will only be able to visit one park during that day.
On the other hand, if you purchase the 2-day ticket, you can visit Disneyland Park® on the first day and Disney California Adventure® Park on the second day, or vice versa. Please also keep in mind that visits do not have to be made on consecutive days but must be made within 13 days of the first visit.
If you choose the 1- or 2-day Park Hopper ticket, you’ll have the flexibility to visit both Disneyland Park® and Disney California Adventure® Park on the same day. You can enter your first park as soon as it opens, and starting at 11 am, you’ll be able to hop to the second park. If you haven’t entered either park by 11 am, you’re free to choose either one to start with.
Please note: even with a Park Hopper ticket, you must still make a reservation in the Disney app for the first park you plan to visit. No reservation is needed for the second park—just make one for your starting park, and after 11 am, you can move freely between the two.
How do I access the parks?
Once you receive your official tickets via email, you will need to download the Disneyland® app:
- Download the app for Android (Google Play)
- Download the app for iPhone (App Store)
After downloading the app, you'll need to create an account. Once your account is set up, the next step is to link the tickets purchased on the Civitatis website to the app. Additionally, you'll need to reserve a specific date for your visit. We'll provide easy instructions on how to do this next at this link.

Please note that this registration process in the app is mandatory, whether you buy your ticket on the official Disneyland® website or on the Civitatis website.

Park Maps
Lightning Lane Multi Pass
In order to use the Lightning Lane Multi Pass, you must have a Disney account and a mobile device compatible with the official app. Your tickets and reservation must also be valid for the day you plan to use it.
Once you're inside the park, you can use the Tips Panel within the official Disneyland mobile app to select an attraction included in the Lightning Lane Multi Pass. The app will show you the next available time slot to enjoy it.
After using your pass for the selected attraction, or within two hours of booking, you can choose a new attraction. Selections are made one at a time throughout the day, allowing you to plan your day with flexibility.
In case your plans change, you can modify your selections at any time from the same Tips Panel within the app.
Please note that available attractions may vary by date and time, and are subject to change, closure or limited capacity. We recommend you check the official Disneyland app or website for updated information on refurbishments or temporary closures.
